Drum n bRass - Update 19-04-2009
A great start to the Drum n bRass project and a big thanks to all of you who have been adding to the exciting dynamics that this group is creating.
The phonetics or guide notes for the drums can be found at the following link -
I could see a realisation in many faces at last weeks rehearsal that it IS sounding really good, but it can only get better from this point onwards.
*** N.B Anyone passing by Winklebury please contact me if you can give Cecilia a lift.
The plan for next week is to work with a few new brass players that have said that they are coming and to work on favourite tunes from the list and to start work on a new rhythm called "Laz or Rachinitza" and some middle eastern scales to create our own arrangements from a simple starting place.

Some gigs will at least pay expenses and some will pay generous expenses and we always plan to do car share to save the environment.
Best regards
Paul
